• Verification Credentials: Mobile OTP verification codes and Secure Handover PINs generated to protect goods during transit.

Your data is strictly utilized for logistics operations, including:

• Calculating fair, transparent relocation tariffs and road distance via GPS mapping.
• Assigning verified moving staff and drivers to your pickup location on your scheduled moving date.
• Enabling real-time tracking so you can monitor the movement of your moving truck or delivery bike.
• Sending essential service notifications, booking invoices, and customer support updates via WhatsApp or SMS.

3. Data Protection & Security Handover

We enforce strict security practices to keep your personal information confidential:

• We never sell, rent, or trade customer contact details to third-party telemarketers or external lead brokers.
• All admin sessions and dispatch controls are protected with encrypted HMAC authentication tokens.

• Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your relocation date at zero penalty up to 24 hours before the booked dispatch time.
• Cancellation: If you cancel before our team is dispatched, any advance deposit is refunded promptly within 2-4 business days.
